Weerama Festival March 14,2010

Weerama Festival is held every year in Werribee Victoria. This year I had a Wildlife Warrior stall. It was a great day and I had fun too. Where my stall was not in the best spot so next year I am going to as to be around the corner.

A lot of people took home Save Steve's Place cards, others signed them on the spot I will be sending them up to the zoo soon. I had lucky dips, Steve Irwin Books, wrist bands (But everyone wanted one for free because other places where just giving them away,I did sell a few though and explained what they were for and why I could not give them away for free)

I was next to the girl guides and RAAF cadets so I had a great time. The RAAF Cadets were so funny.
I made a clear profit of $70.00 for the day which was great because every little bit helps. Yes I will be doing it next year for sure
I would like to thank
Toy World on Old Geelong Road Hoppers Crossing for donating the toys for the lucky dip
Carlo and Christine Addamo, who donated some greeting cards for the lucky dips
and Mary from our local $2 shop for donating some teddy bears for the lucky dips.
Last but not least I want to thank the Wildlife Warriors for letting me be part of the team.

Wildlife Warrior Suzie
I MAY Be a KID  BUT I AM Making A DIFFERENCE

Wildlife Warrior Joey Ambassador Suzie 2010

I am a Wildlife Warrior Joey Ambassador .(being a Joey Ambassador is a great honour)
In my spare time I go out fund raising and telling people all about the Wildlife Warriors and what they do. You know everyone can make a difference. Yes anyone no matter what age you are you can make a difference, even if it is just picking up the rubbish you see on the ground. If every person in Australia picked up just one piece of rubbish,Australian street and beaches would be very clean.

I am into my 4th year of fund raising for the Wildlife Warriors and the Wildlife Animal hospital in Beerwah Queensland. I will never stop I don't care what people say I should be doing at my age because I am doing what I want to do. Fund raising is far better than hanging out at the shops or the streets,I know I am doing something that will help make life a lot better for our wildlife and our planet.

I have been asked to do 2 talks this year, one is just in front of kids and the other in front of kids and their families, I tell you I have the biggest butterfly's in my stomach just thinking about it. But that is my job :-).
Please follow me this year and maybe even support me if you can..

If you know someone that would like to become a Wildlife Warrior just ask me any questions and I will be more than happy to help.
